Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Scheduled for open colorectal surgery under general anesthesia
- Overall health status is acceptable for surgery (ASA class II–III)
- No history of opioid abuse or regular opioid use
- BMI under 35 kg/m²
- No severe heart failure, kidney failure, liver disease, or skin infection at injection sites
- No blood clotting disorders and able to stop blood thinners if needed
- No allergy to the study medications
