Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension (high pressure in lung blood vessels), confirmed by a heart catheterization procedure showing specific pressure levels
- You experience severe shortness of breath or chest discomfort limiting daily activities (WHO Class III or IV)
- You can walk between 100 and 440 meters in 6 minutes and your walking ability is stable
- Your heart function is adequate (left ventricular ejection fraction above 40%) with no severe valve problems
- Your liver, kidney, and blood clotting function are normal or only mildly affected
