Who can take part

  • Your child is between 4 and 6 years old (48–72 months)
  • Your child had surgery to fix a non-cyanotic congenital heart defect (a heart problem they were born with that was not causing blue-tinged skin)
  • Your child has had only one heart surgery
  • Your child has normal intelligence (IQ between 85 and 115)
  • Your child does not have a genetic disorder or severe neurological condition
  • Your child did not have serious complications around birth
