Who can take part
- You are 14–65 years old
- You have been diagnosed with sclerotic chronic graft-versus-host disease (hardening or tightening of skin, fasciitis, or joint stiffness after bone marrow transplant)
- You have already tried at least 2–3 other treatments, including corticosteroid therapy, and your condition has not fully resolved
- Your blood counts are healthy enough (neutrophils >1,000/μL and platelets ≥50,000/μL)
- Your kidney and liver function are near normal (creatinine clearance ≥30 mL/min and bilirubin ≤1.5× normal)
- You have no uncontrolled infections or serious heart or lung disease
