  • You are between 10 and 17 years old
  • A doctor has diagnosed you with asthma and confirmed it's stable on your current medicines
  • You are able to do aerobic (heart-pumping) exercise without medical restrictions
  • You have not had an asthma attack in the past month
  • You have not done a structured exercise program in the past month
  • You do not have seizures, photosensitivity (light sensitivity), or other conditions that prevent exercise
