  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), not small cell lung cancer
  • Be planning to receive or already receiving T-DXd treatment
  • Have cancer cells that can be grown in the lab (organoids) with matching immune cells available
  • Have cancer cells that show specific protein markers (HER2 and TROP2) on testing
  • Sign a consent form and be willing to participate
