Who can take part
- You have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer that is advanced or has spread.
- Your tumor has high levels of a protein called HER2 (tested as IHC 3+).
- You have already had at least one line of treatment for your lung cancer, but the cancer has continued to grow.
- You are physically able to take care of yourself (performance status 0 or 1).
- You have not had untreated or active brain metastases, and you do not have a history of lung inflammation (ILD or pneumonitis).
