Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- Your lung cancer must be advanced (stage III or IV) and not able to be removed by surgery or treated with radiation.
- Your tumor must have high HER2 protein levels (called IHC 3+).
- Your cancer must have progressed after at least one or two prior treatments.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on scans.
- Your heart function and blood counts must meet certain minimum levels.
