Who can take part

  • Had your heart pump (LVAD) implanted less than 6 months ago
  • Stable enough to go home from the hospital, not on heart medications by IV, and no active infections
  • Unable to attend a supervised exercise program in person due to distance or scheduling
  • Able to participate in exercise testing (walk, light activity without severe limitations)
  • Have not already completed a supervised rehabilitation program since your heart pump was placed
