Who can take part
- Be overweight or obese (BMI 24+ with a weight-related condition, or BMI 28+)
- Currently taking a GLP-1 medication (like Semaglutide, Liraglutide, or Tirzepatide) for at least 3 months and plan to continue for 6 more months
- Between 18 and 64 years old
- Not currently using other weight-loss drugs or planning weight-loss surgery in the next 4 months
- Not regularly using prebiotics or probiotics (plain yogurt is okay)
- Not allergic to inulin or similar fiber supplements
