  • Confirmed diagnosis of ABPA (allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis) according to 2024 medical guidelines
  • No active cancer or severe heart, kidney, brain, or lung damage
  • No active tuberculosis, lung cancer, advanced heart failure, kidney failure, or severe liver disease
  • Not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Not on long-term oral steroids or immunosuppressive medications, and no HIV infection
