Who can take part
- You must have allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) with mucus plugs seen on a CT scan.
- Your ABPA must be active, meaning you are either newly diagnosed or are having a flare-up with rising IgE levels.
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You cannot be allergic to the drug amphotericin B.
- You must not have certain conditions like HIV, active tuberculosis, lung cancer, or other diseases that require long-term steroids or immune-suppressing drugs.
- You cannot be a smoker, pregnant, or currently in another interventional research study.
