Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and have been diagnosed with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) using current guidelines.
  • You have had a sputum or lung fluid sample collected during a hospital stay.
  • At least one fungus-related test (culture, GM test, or genetic sequencing) has been done on that sample with a clear result (positive or negative).
  • Your full medical records, including history, imaging, lab results, treatment, and follow-up information, are available.
  • You are willing to take part in follow-up and have signed a consent form (for new participants).
  • You have not had antifungal therapy or other treatments that could affect fungus test results in the past month.
  • You do not have other lung infections, lung diseases like tuberculosis or cancer, or severe immune problems.
  • You have not been on systemic antifungal drugs in the last month and are not in another interventional trial.
