Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with ABPA based on current medical guidelines.
  • Your ABPA is stable: either you are newly diagnosed and haven't had treatment, or you had a flare-up but got at least 50% better after treatment, with clear lung X-rays or a 20% drop in a blood marker called IgE.
  • You do not have cancer, severe organ problems, active tuberculosis, or advanced heart, kidney, or liver disease.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or on long-term steroids or immune-suppressing drugs.
