Who can take part

  • You are 21 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with interstitial lung disease (including sarcoidosis) and/or pulmonary hypertension
  • You currently take your medications on your own without someone else giving them to you
  • You are already taking at least one oral medication for your lung or heart condition, or have insurance approval to start one soon
  • You have a recent breathing test (6-minute walk test) scheduled or completed in the last 30 days
  • You have a smartphone with a working internet connection and can use the FORTISKAP™ app, and you speak English
