Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- Your BMI is 30 or less (a measure of body weight relative to height)
- Your tonsils are small (grade 2 or less)
- Your tongue position is normal (Friedman Position I or II)
- You snore due to palatal (soft palate) movement, or have mild-to-moderate sleep apnea with confirmed palatal collapse
- You have not had previous throat surgery or upper airway radiation therapy
