- You are 19 years or older
- You have a STOP questionnaire score of 2 or higher (a simple sleep apnea screening)
- You can read and write in Korean
- You are willing to provide written consent to participate
- You do not have any medical conditions that could make the stimulation unsafe, like heart problems, epilepsy, or skin issues near the neck
