Who can take part

  • Had a stroke (either bleeding or blocked blood vessel type) more than 6 months ago
  • Currently experience mild to moderate anxiety (measured by a standard screening score)
  • Can see and hear well enough to use virtual reality headsets
  • Don't have photo-sensitive epilepsy (sensitivity to flashing lights)
  • Your psychiatric condition is stable and not in crisis
