Mindfulness and CBT for Psoriasis-Related Emotional Stress

  • You have been diagnosed with psoriasis by a doctor
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You are experiencing emotional distress or anxiety related to your condition
  • You are not currently in another psychological therapy or counseling program
  • You are willing and able to attend all intervention sessions
  • You do not have a severe psychiatric condition or cognitive impairment that would prevent you from participating
