Ultrasound drug delivery with chemotherapy for HER2-positive breast cancer

HER2-positive Breast Cancer

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This study tests a new technique that uses focused ultrasound to deliver cancer drugs directly to breast tumors, combined with standard chemotherapy. The goal is to improve treatment effectiveness for HER2-positive breast cancer before surgery.

Testing marker-guided treatment before surgery for HER2-positive breast cancer

This trial studies how well a HER2-focused treatment plan works before surgery (“neoadjuvant” therapy) for operable HER2-positive breast cancer. It also uses tumor tissue tests to find markers that may predict who benefits most.

Targeted therapy and chemo for HER2-positive breast cancer before surgery

This trial tests a combination of targeted drugs (Initumab and Pyrrotinib) plus chemotherapy before surgery for HER2-positive breast cancer. It compares different treatment lengths to see which is more effective and safe.

NCT06891833Recruiting· Phase 2/Phase 3
New drug combo for HER2-positive breast cancer before surgery

This trial tests a new targeted drug (BL-M07D1) with or without another drug called pertuzumab, compared to a standard chemotherapy plus two targeted drugs, before surgery for HER2-positive breast cancer. The goal is to see if the new combination works better at shrinking tumors before surgery.

NCT05325632Recruiting· Phase 2
HER2 breast cancer vaccine plus chemo and targeted antibodies

This Phase 2 study tests a personalized immune-therapy vaccine made from your immune cells, given with weekly paclitaxel and HER2-targeted antibodies (trastuzumab and pertuzumab). It aims to improve treatment outcomes for people with HER2-positive breast cancer before standard local treatment (like surgery and radiation).

Study of two targeted therapies before surgery for HER2+ breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of two drugs, trastuzumab deruxtecan (SHR-A1811) and pertuzumab, given before surgery to shrink HER2-positive breast cancer. It is for women with stage II or III breast cancer who have not yet had treatment and are in good overall health.

HIFU with or without immunotherapy before chemo for triple-negative breast cancer

This trial tests whether adding focused ultrasound (HIFU) and an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 inhibitor) before standard chemotherapy can improve outcomes for women with stage II or III triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). It aims to find a more effective way to shrink tumors before surgery.
