Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old
  • You have one kidney stone in your distal ureter (lower part of the tube) that is 5–10 mm in size
  • Your kidneys are working normally based on recent blood tests
  • Your pain is controlled or manageable
  • You do not have a fever or active urinary tract infection right now
  • You can attend follow-up visits for 4 weeks and take study medication as instructed
