  • You had limb amputation surgery (thighbone, upper arm, or shinbone level) and received an osseointegration implant—a surgical anchor placed directly in your bone
  • You are showing signs of concern for infection at your surgical site
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You can visit the study site in person for follow-up visits over 1 year
  • You speak English or Spanish
