  • You had acute type A aortic dissection confirmed by imaging or surgery
  • You had open surgical repair (possibly combined with other repair methods)
  • You are stable enough to go home or are in early recovery after surgery
  • You have at least one CT scan image available for the AI to analyze
  • You can attend follow-up visits by phone, clinic, or hospital for 12 months and provide informed consent
