Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • Your BMI (a measure of body size) is 35 or higher, and you have already tried and tolerated the highest dose of a weight-management medicine without enough success.
  • You have two or more serious or life-threatening health problems caused by obesity, and you are currently getting treatment for them.
  • You cannot join a clinical trial of retatrutide or a similar experimental drug.
  • You have discussed weight-loss surgery (bariatric surgery) with your doctor as an option.
