mRNA CAR-T therapy for severe lupus or autoimmune anemia

Who can take part

  • Age 18–60 years old
  • Diagnosed with lupus (SLE) or autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) that hasn't responded well to at least 2–3 prior treatments
  • Stable on current lupus or anemia medications for at least 8 weeks (SLE) or have tried multiple therapies (AIHA)
  • Adequate kidney, liver, bone marrow, heart, and lung function
  • No active infections (HIV, hepatitis B/C, tuberculosis, or recent shingles)
  • No history of organ transplant, cancer in past 5 years, brain/neurological complications from lupus, or prior CAR-T therapy
