Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread (cohort 1) OR head and neck cancer that can be surgically removed (cohort 2).
  • You have not used steroids stronger than 10 mg of prednisone daily in the last 7 days.
  • You have not received immunotherapy (like PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors) within the last 6 months.
  • You are not currently taking part in another treatment clinical trial.
