Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Already taking 3 or more blood pressure medications from different classes, at stable doses, for at least 4 weeks
- Blood pressure still elevated (systolic ≥140 mmHg) despite medications
- No recent stroke, heart attack, or unstable chest pain in the past 12 months
- No severe kidney disease, liver problems, or heart rhythm abnormalities
- Able to take study medication consistently and use effective birth control if applicable
