Who can take part
- You have advanced cancer (metastatic or unresectable) that involves the celiac plexus on imaging
- You are experiencing severe back-to-belly pain (at least 5 out of 10) that radiates in a belt-like pattern
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are able to lie flat and still for at least 45 minutes during treatment
- You have had a recent CT scan of your abdomen and pelvis (within 28 days)
- You are willing to pause any active cancer treatment 1 week before and after radiation
