How Food Smell Affects Blood Sugar Control

  • Stable weight for the past 3 months (no more than 5% change)
  • Non-smoker and non-vaper
  • Able to smell and identify specific odors correctly
  • No diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol
  • No recent abdominal or ear/nose/throat surgery
