  • You went to the emergency room with shortness of breath
  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • Doctors thought you might have a blood clot in your lung when you arrived at the hospital
  • You had a heart ultrasound (echocardiogram) that measured pressure in your lung's main blood vessel when you arrived
  • You have a previous pressure measurement from before this hospital visit in your medical records
  • Your medical records have complete test results, lab work, and imaging scans available
