Who can take part

  • You are 12 years or older.
  • You have had a stem cell transplant from a donor (allogeneic).
  • You have moderate to severe chronic graft-versus-host disease that has not improved after trying at least two other treatments.
  • You are able to try at least one of the other standard treatments listed in the study (like ECP, MMF, or rituximab).
  • You have not taken belumosudil before.
  • You are generally in good health other than the graft-versus-host disease.
  • You can swallow pills and absorb medicine through your stomach and intestines.
  • Your kidney and liver function are within the study's required ranges.
