Who can take part
- You are 12 years old or older.
- You have had a stem cell transplant (allogeneic).
- You have moderate to severe chronic graft-versus-host disease that needs a new treatment.
- You have already tried at least 2 but no more than 5 different treatments for cGVHD.
- You have tried ruxolitinib for cGVHD, unless your doctor says it was not suitable for you.
- You are willing to receive one of the standard treatments listed in the study (like ECP, methotrexate, or others) if you are not getting belumosudil.
