Who can take part

  • Age 12 years or older.
  • Had a stem cell transplant from a donor (allogeneic).
  • Have liver problems caused by graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), such as high bilirubin or liver enzymes.
  • Be able to take pills by mouth.
  • Have a life expectancy of at least 6 months.
  • Have adequate organ function, including blood counts and kidney function (creatinine clearance of at least 30 mL/min).
  • Be either in Group 1 (liver GVHD did not improve after at least 4 weeks of steroids) or Group 2 (liver GVHD developed or worsened while taking ruxolitinib or belumosudil for other GVHD, and you have not taken the other study drug before).
