Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old
  • You had a ruptured brain aneurysm confirmed by CT scan with the source identified by advanced imaging (CTA, MRA, or DSA)
  • Your aneurysm was already treated with either endovascular coils or surgical clipping
  • You have signs of cerebral vasospasm (blood vessel narrowing) within 14 days, shown by worsening neurological symptoms, ultrasound findings, or imaging
  • You can tolerate a catheter-based procedure and do not have contraindications to milrinone (a heart medication)
  • You do not have severe pre-existing brain or systemic diseases, poor blood pressure control, or are pregnant/breastfeeding
