- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You weigh between 130 and 300 pounds
- Your waist size is between 32 and 42 inches
- You have no known heart conditions, heart murmurs, or leg swelling
- You do not have wheezing or active respiratory symptoms
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you are not currently pregnant
