Who can take part
- You've had a heart attack (myocardial infarction) in the past
- You are between 40 and 70 years old
- At least 1 month has passed since your heart attack and your condition is stable
- Your cardiologist has cleared you to exercise
- You're willing and able to participate in exercise training sessions
- You do not have unstable chest pain, uncontrolled high blood pressure, irregular heartbeats, fever, or cognitive problems that would prevent consent
