  • You have metastatic prostate cancer that responds to hormone-lowering therapy (castrate sensitive)
  • You are a candidate for standard prostate cancer treatment according to your doctor
  • You can take oral medications and comply with follow-up appointments
  • You have not received other chemotherapy drugs besides docetaxel, or radiation therapy within 2 weeks
  • You have not been in another clinical trial with investigational drugs in the past 28 days
  • You do not have cancer spread to the brain's protective membrane (leptomeningeal disease)
