Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with a BAG3 gene mutation (confirmed by genetic testing)
  • You have heart failure that is Stage B or C, with mild to moderate symptoms (NYHA Class I–III)
  • Your heart's pumping ability is reduced (LVEF of 50% or lower, confirmed by heart ultrasound or MRI within the past year)
  • You are able and willing to attend all study visits and follow all study procedures
  • You have not had a major heart event or surgery in the past 1–3 months
