Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You had one stroke at least 6 months ago
- You have weakness on one side of your body from the stroke
- You have shoulder X-rays and bone density scans from within 6 months after your stroke
- You have never had shoulder surgery or a broken upper arm bone
- You do not have other bone or metabolic diseases, cancer history, or long-term steroid use
