- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You had or will have brain or spine surgery that created or risks creating a fluid leak from the membrane surrounding your brain or spinal cord
- You are willing to attend follow-up visits and complete study activities
- If you can have children, you agree to use reliable birth control during the study
