This trial tests a new patch called ArtiFix® that helps seal the tough covering (dura) around the brain or spinal cord after surgery. It is for people who need a small, non-emergency repair and who are otherwise healthy enough for surgery.
This trial tests whether using a sealant after skull base surgery helps prevent spinal fluid leaks. It compares patients who get a sealant with those who don't.
This study tests a glue-like dural sealant (Adherus™) to help seal and protect the covering around the spinal cord after a planned opening. It may help prevent or reduce problems related to spinal fluid leaking after certain elective spinal surgeries.
This trial tests a product called CraniSeal, which is used to help seal the covering of the brain (the dura) after surgery. It may lower the risk of fluid leaks after certain types of planned brain surgeries.
This study tracks how well Immiseal, a special sealing material, works when applied during brain or spine surgery to prevent fluid leaks from the protective membrane around the brain and spinal cord. You'll be followed after surgery to see how well the sealant performs and if you have any side effects.
This trial tests a special patch called DuraMatrix-Onlay Plus that helps repair the protective covering of the brain (the dura mater). It may be an option if you need this type of repair during surgery.
