Who can take part
- Your child is between 4 and 7 years old.
- Your child is generally healthy (ASA I or II, meaning no serious health problems).
- Your child is scheduled for a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy surgery.
- Your child will receive sevoflurane gas to sleep during surgery.
- Your child does not have severe health issues like heart, kidney, bone, or stomach problems.
- Your child is not taking any seizure or calming medicines.
- Your child does not have allergies to magnesium.
