Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You must have a diagnosis of schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder.
  • You need to be stable — no hospital stays in the past 3 months and no medication changes in the past 4 weeks.
  • You cannot have had a head injury that caused a loss of consciousness, or conditions like seizures, stroke, or brain cancer.
  • You must not have had electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) in the last 6 months.
  • You must be able to read and speak English and use a smartphone or tablet.
