Who can take part

  • You can sign a consent form in writing before any study procedures
  • You are 18 or older (fully grown bones)
  • Your low back pain is from 1–2 worn-out areas in the lower spine (T12 to S1), sometimes with mild slipping of a bone
  • Your most recent MRI (done within 12 months) shows mild-to-moderate spinal narrowing at the planned treatment level
  • You’ve tried non-surgical treatments for at least 3 months and still have significant symptoms
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
