  • Your BMI is 30 or higher (obese).
  • You do not have serious health conditions like uncontrolled heart disease, diabetes with complications, or chronic lung disease.
  • You are not a smoker and haven't had recent surgery or injury to your legs.
  • You are not currently on a structured weight-loss diet or taking weight-loss medications.
  • You agree to take part voluntarily.
