Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 18 years old
  • Your spine curvature measures between 10 and 40 degrees (called Cobb angle)
  • You have not had scoliosis surgery before
  • You have not had any surgery in the last 3 months
  • You are not receiving scoliosis-specific exercises from another clinic or center
  • You do not have nerve, bone, or system diseases that would prevent exercise
