- You are between 10 and 18 years old
- Your spine curvature measures between 10 and 40 degrees (called Cobb angle)
- You have not had scoliosis surgery before
- You have not had any surgery in the last 3 months
- You are not receiving scoliosis-specific exercises from another clinic or center
- You do not have nerve, bone, or system diseases that would prevent exercise
