Who can take part
- You have had back or leg pain for more than 6 months due to a narrowing in the spine (spinal stenosis).
- An MRI shows the narrowing is next to a previous fusion surgery (one or two levels fused between L1 and S1).
- Your previous fusion is solid (confirmed by CT scan) and it has been at least one year since that surgery.
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have tried non-surgical treatments (like physical therapy or medication) for at least 3 months without enough improvement.
