Who can take part
- You have stage 3 non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have already received at least 2 cycles of standard chemotherapy plus immunotherapy before surgery, but scans show the tumor did not shrink enough.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are able to perform your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are good enough to handle radiation and further treatment.
