Who can take part
- You are between 30 and 70 years old.
- You have a partial tear in your rotator cuff (mainly the supraspinatus tendon) or a small full-thickness tear that hasn't moved out of place, confirmed by MRI or ultrasound.
- You've had shoulder pain for at least 3 months, and it rates as a 4 or higher on a 0–10 pain scale.
- You haven't had a steroid or platelet injection in your shoulder in the last 4 weeks.
- You don't have other shoulder problems like severe arthritis, frozen shoulder, or instability.
- You don't have uncontrolled diabetes, heavy smoking history, or other serious health conditions that might interfere.
