Who can take part

  • You must be a licensed female volleyball player in the Turkish Volleyball Federation's Women's League 2 or 3.
  • You are between 16 and 21 years old.
  • You have been playing volleyball for at least 3 years.
  • You have never had surgery on your muscles, bones, or joints.
  • You have not had an injury in the last 3 months that stopped you from training or playing.
  • You do not have any diagnosed vision, eye, or balance problems.
