Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with major depression and currently have at least moderate symptoms.
- You have tried at least one standard depression treatment (like an SSRI or therapy) and it didn't work well enough or you couldn't tolerate it.
- You are either not taking antidepressants now, or you have been on a stable dose for at least a month and plan to stay on that dose.
- You are willing to use effective birth control (if female) and avoid pregnancy during the study.
- You do not have conditions that prevent you from having an MRI or receiving ketamine.
