Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 65 years old.
  • You must understand the study and sign consent.
  • You must agree to stay in the hospital for the study.
  • If you’re joining for the depression part: you must have major depression for at least 2 weeks.
  • If you’re joining for the depression part: your depression and mood ratings must match specific ranges at baseline.
  • You must not have certain conditions or recent medication/substance use that could make ketamine or scans unsafe.
